About Me

Robin lives near the harbour in Sydney (with Tim)
and came to photography a few years ago as a way
of decompressing from a stressful other career.

She strives in her photography to always find the
lighter side of life. Being out in nature, getting grubby
in the dirt or waiting for hours in the hot sun
or freezing cold; it’s all a metaphor for being able
to immerse herself deep into another world.

Animals with their unpredictability, and their ability
to make her laugh out loud, are her passion.
She hopes her work conveys that joy.

she enjoys sharing her passion for image making through
running workshops and educational days covering
technique, equipment and post processing.

Her skill as a communicator has been recognised,
which has led to a number of invitations to judge in
a variety of photographic competitions :

Robin gives corporate presentations and
judges regularly for FCC(NSW) Camera Clubs
and is currently the Vice President
of Mosman Camera Club.

In November + December 2022 she represented
Sony and Intrepid Travel in Antarctica as
a Photography Ambassador onboard
the Ocean Endeavour.
