How to Enter the Kamera Workshops Photography Awards
Submitting your best photos is quick and easy! Follow these simple steps to enter:

Prepare Your Photos:
- Ensure your images meet the submission guidelines (e.g., file size, resolution).
- Each participant can enter multiple categories but must submit unique photos for each.

- Go to the Kamera Workshops Awards submission portal.

- Fill in your details (name, email, and location).
- Select the category for each photo.
- Add a brief description or story behind your submission (optional).

Terms and Conditions for Kamera Workshops Photography Competition
1. Welcome
Thank you for participating in the Kamera Workshops Photography Competition (“Competition”), organized by Kamera Workshops (“Organizer”). By entering, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Who Can Enter
- The Competition is open to anyone aged 18 years or older.
- Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Organizer cannot participate.
- Unless otherwise stated, each participant may submit up to the specified number of entries in the Competition details.
3. How to Submit Your Photos
- Submit your entries through the designated platform by the stated deadline. Late submissions won’t be accepted.
- Your photos must:
- Be your original work.
- Not violate any copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of third parties.
- Align with the Competition’s theme.
- Use JPEG or PNG format, with a minimum resolution of 12 megapixels, a long side exceeding 4000 pixels, and a file size under 3MB.
- The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify entries that are offensive or inappropriate.
4. Copyright and Image Use
- You retain full ownership of your submitted images.
- By entering, you grant the Organizer permission to use your images for promoting the Competition and future events. This includes:
- Featuring your work on the Organizer’s website, social media, and printed materials.
- Showcasing your photos in exhibitions or related media coverage.
- Wherever your image is used, you will be credited as the photographer.
- This license is non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free, and worldwide.
- The Organizer acknowledges that this Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to the Organizer, except for the temporary license outlined herein.
- The Participant may revoke this license at any time by providing written notice to the Organizer at [email protected]. Upon receipt of the revocation notice, the Organizer will:
- Cease using the Work in any future materials or promotions.
- Make reasonable efforts to remove the Work from existing online platforms under the Organizer’s control.
5. Additional Notes on AI-Generated Content
- Generative AI tools are not allowed, except in the Creative category, where they are encouraged as a tool to enhance photographic content.
- Entries generated entirely by written prompts are not eligible.
- Submissions in the Creative category must include at least one original photo taken with a Sony camera.
6. Judging and Prizes
- A panel of experts will evaluate entries based on creativity, originality, technical skill, and adherence to the theme.
- Winners will be notified via the specified method by the announced date.
- Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged unless agreed upon by the Organizer.
7. Responsibilities
- The Organizer is not liable for:
- Lost, incomplete, or misdirected submissions.
- Technical issues during submission.
- Unauthorized use of your images by third parties.
- By entering, you agree to release the Organizer from claims related to your participation.
8. Your Privacy Matters
- Personal data collected during the Competition will only be used to manage the event in line with our Privacy Policy.
- You can request access, corrections, or removal of your data.
9. Changing Your Mind
- You can withdraw your entry anytime before the submission deadline by contacting the Organizer. Note that the Organizer may continue to use your image under the granted license if it has already been published.
10. Updates and Unexpected Changes
- The Organizer reserves the right to adjust these terms. Participants will be informed of any changes.
- If unforeseen events arise, the Organizer may cancel, modify, or suspend the Competition as needed.
11. Legal Stuff
- These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
- Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United States of America.
12. Agreement to Terms
By submitting your entry, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agree to these terms.
