Charm of the Catlins Landscape Photography Workshop

Join me and for an epic landscape and astrophotography adventure over 4 days in one of NZ's most remote and enchanting locations - The Catlins. The area is home to endless amazing waterfalls, lighthouses and seascapes so there will be an amazing variety of locations to choose from to hone your photography skills, while learning many settings and techniques to improve your results. This is a small group with only 3 attendees on the workshop to further benefit your learning experience.

In this photography workshop we will explore Dead Horse Point State Park, Canyonlands National Park with different viewpoints of Island in the Sky (including Mesa Arch) and The Needles (easy to moderate hikes), and Arches National Park with moderate to difficult hikes to Delicate Arch and Devil Garden.

Salar de Uyuni – Astro Playground (Bolivia)

With one of the darkest skies on the planet, the Salar de Uyuni salt flats of Bolivia are arguably the best place in the world to photograph the Milky Way and experiment with astrophotography. In February, the salt flats often fill up with a thin layer of water, allowing for incredible reflections with the night sky above.
