Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point

3 nights – 4 days exploring and photographing breathtaking scenarios created by the power of time and nature.
In this photography workshop we will explore Dead Horse Point State Park, Canyonlands National Park with different viewpoints of Island in the Sky (including Mesa Arch) and The Needles (easy to moderate hikes), and Arches National Park with moderate to difficult hikes to Delicate Arch and Devil Garden.

All age levels are welcome on this photography workshop. Most hikes are easy to moderate, Delicate Arch hike can be difficult. Reach out if you have any limitations.

Itinerary:

April 24th:

Meet in Moab (location TBD)
Morning field session at Dead Horse Point State Park (easy hike)
Afternoon field session at Canyonlands National Park – Islands in the Sky (easy hike)

April 25th:

Morning field session at Arches Nation Park (easy to moderate hikes)
Sunset field session to Delicate Arch (moderate to difficult hike) in Arches National Park

April 26th:

Field session at The Devil Garden Trail (moderate hike) in Arches National Park

April 27th:

Sunrise field session at Mesa Arch (easy hike) in Canyonlands National Park
Afternoon field session to The Needles (easy hike) in Canyonlands National Park until sunset
