Chicago
As an award-winning Chicago-based photographer and instructor, I am deeply passionate about creating portraits that capture the essence of fleeting moments and the unique beauty of individuals. For me, photography is more than just taking pictures—it's about capturing the beautiful moments in life with a focus on creating images that resonate and inspire. My approach is defined by my ability to relate, connect, and create moments that reflect the true essence of my subjects. Over 20 years ago, I picked up a film camera and never looked back. My fascination with people has fueled my passion for photography, making my work as a headshot, portrait, and travel photographer deeply fulfilling. With every photograph, my goal is to enhance how people feel about themselves, capturing images that reveal their unique personalities and strengths. My joie de vivre—my joy of living—is my superpower. It shines through in my work, infusing each project with energy and authenticity. Whether I’m capturing the essence of a corporate executive, the warmth of a family portrait, or the vibrancy of an event, my photography celebrates the beauty of life's moments, both big and small. With an eye for detail and a heart for storytelling, I continue to explore the world through my lens, driven by a desire to create meaningful connections and share the stories of those I photograph. My work is a testament to the power of photography to transcend boundaries and reveal the extraordinary within the everyday.

Robin lives near the harbour in Sydney (with Tim) and came to photography a few years ago as a way of decompressing from a stressful other career. She strives in her photography to always find the lighter side of life. Being out in nature, getting grubby in the dirt or waiting for hours in the hot sun or freezing cold; it’s all a metaphor for being able to immerse herself deep into another world. Animals with their unpredictability, and their ability to make her laugh out loud, are her passion. She hopes her work conveys that joy. Sponsored by Sony as Digital Imaging Advocate since 2019, she enjoys sharing her passion for image making through running workshops and educational days covering technique, equipment and post processing. Her skill as a communicator has been recognised, which has led to a number of invitations to judge in a variety of photographic competitions : Australian Photographic Prize – 2022 + 2023 Sony Alpha Australia Awards, Nature Category 2019 – 2022 Mosman Photography Awards 2019-2023 Robin gives corporate presentations and judges regularly for FCC(NSW) Camera Clubs and is currently the Vice President of Mosman Camera Club. In November + December 2022 she represented Sony and Intrepid Travel in Antarctica as a Photography Ambassador onboard the Ocean Endeavour.

Today Simone still travels around the world with the tenacity of a man and the curiosity of a child, looking for that exciting shot, hoping to be able to pass on the purity of photography and the “joie the vivre” each one of us can find in a simple frame. “To be able to admire a curious giraffe or a playful elephant while they enjoy themselves in the water is something that doesn’t happen every day; the thought of immortalizing the action of game the whole sport season worthwhile, or a singer singing at their most passionate moment of a hit song is an opportunity that comes once in a lifetime and, as a photographer, I have had the opportunity to document. The feeling of photographing those moments is indescribable. I hope that my images can give you the same emotions that happened to me while I was looking for the ideal place, right moment, and the perfect time to try to make it eternal. It is a very pleasure to show you my years of hard work and some of my hardest shoots, no matter how long it took or how hard it was, but always done with joy and the love that this job has given me.”

A love of capturing New Zealand's stunning landscapes prompted Meghan to give up a corporate accountant role to become a full-time landscape photographer and educator. Although only getting serious about photography 8 years ago, growing up with a dad who shared his love of hiking and the NZ outdoors, Meghan always had the desire to capture unique moments of light and weather conditions in a way that translates to more than a mere snapshot record. Meghan hosts photography workshops around New Zealand, and she is passionate about helping others improve their photography skills whilst experiencing unique and amazing locations and wildlife. She loves to break down photography concepts making them simple and easy to understand for her clients, and as a Sony NZ ambassador, she also runs local networking events designed to enrich the NZ photography community. For the last two summers, Meghan has spent a month in Antarctica working as a photography instructor and expedition photographer. Mark first picked up a camera as a ninth-grader in 1972 photographing sports and news events for the local newspaper. After college, he pursued a career in journalism working for several newspapers in Florida, first in photography and later in marketing and advertising. Mark later owned a printing business. At the same time he was managing a print shop, he ventured into wedding and portrait photography, and ultimately fell in love with landscapes, wildlife, and street photography. Prior to moving from Florida he owned and published a monthly news magazine serving Vero Beach and Indian River County. After years of visiting and admiring the southwestern landscapes, culture, and people, Mark and his wife, Cheri, moved from Vero Beach, Florida to Santa Fe, New Mexico in June of 2014. He soon began offering day photography tours of the northern New Mexico landscape, as well as group tours to native lands such as Chaco National Historic Park, Canyon de Chelly and Monument Valley, and to Utah’s National Parks. From 2015 to 2020, Mark visited more than 70 cities across the country documenting homelessness in America. I'm Matthew Storer, a native of South Australia, born and raised in the small town of Port Pirie. A professional photographer who left home as a young tacker to purse my travelling dreams.
